TERMS OF SERVICE

Commissions will be discussed through messages, then AB, will send the customer an invoice through Paypal or Stripe.
All basic Commissions such as emotes, bust n up, thigh n up, and full body CAN be used for promotional/commercial use DIGITALLY
A.I. Art training is prohibited. All A.I. "art" users who interact with my commissions will be blocked immediately.
These comissions have a specific format and I will be sending you the transparent PNGs, but they are NOT formatted for merch such as keycharms, hoodies, prints etc. I will be offering these options separately, but they MUST be discussed for pricing.
The invoice may be paid in parts. However, the full invoice must be paid before I hand over the finished art. Customer may ask for a refund BEFORE line work starts, which means ONLY in the sketch phase. Sketch phase includes color mock up to best show the customer how the final product MAY look.
During this sketch phase PLEASE point out any changes, because once I go past the sketch mock up phase, you may not change as freely, sketches are easier to manipulate. This will be your art, your character, please ask for changes if you feel it necessary. I want you to love the finished product.
All ART SPECIFIC:
References are not required but please provide descriptions, and some references for clothes/accesories. I do not excel at mechs/armor I may try but this is your warning. Furry/Humanoid characters are allowed, however for furry characters I would be drawing in more of a "kemono" style. NSFW IS CURRENTLY CLOSED
Emote Specific:
I will not be tracing any emotes, and all emotes that are specific or unique to an individual I will not replicate. It can be unique to their community. Meme or Viral emotes will be fine. In the emote packs the 6th emote is NON negotiable unless you already have a "is for me" emote already. It's for my satisfaction.
